1. What are the modes of payment available?

We accept payment through instamojo gateway plugin.
This helps you to pay through Debit/Credit cards, UPI, Netbanking and Wallets.


2. What will be the estimated time of delivery?

We usually dispatch your parcel within 6-7 working days.
However in some cases, it might take longer.
Remaining time is taken by the parcel in transit.
You can take your shipping ID and track your parcel.


3. Why don't we allow cash on delivery?

Most of our orders are customised according to the customer.
In case an order is ready and then is refused by a customer, it is a pure loss to us.
Thus, becomes a major reason why we don't deal in cash.


4. What is our refund/return policy?

We do not allow returns on our orders.
Returns are applicable only if the product is damaged.
So, it is recommended to make a product opening video so that we can replace your parcel.
*The opening video should be from start to end without any pause or edit and the awb number should be clearly visible at the start.


5. What will be the shipping charges?

Shipping will be free on all orders.
